Fire Safety Risk Assessment
A fire risk assessment is an appraisal of your premises to enable you to identify fire hazards, those who might be in danger in the event of a fire and what preventative measures need to be taken. A fire safety risk assessment needs to be carried out by a competent assessor carrying sufficient qualifications, experience and expert knowledge of modern-day fire safety legislation.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 states that the ‘responsible person’ must arrange a fire risk assessment and should make available a formal record of any significant findings and remedial measures which have, or may need to be, taken.
Here at Advanced Fire Protection, we offer clients a support service to assist with fire risk assessments and the development and supervision of your fire safety management programme. We can keep you compliant with a cost-effective and jargon-free fire safety risk assessment service.
